Veah Larde is the owner and chef of Two Sisters Catering. She prides herself in being consistent with each person. She is self-taught and displays her passion for executing memorable moments. To Veah food is a relationship between creating the dish and the customer or group eating it. As a food creator she believes she is telling a story and her desire for the customers consuming the dish to understand her point of view while appreciating the care in her craftsmanship. As a food creator Veah’s belief is customers can feel the love that was put into the dish in every bite.
She has obtained her ServSuccess certified restaurant supervisor certification (CRS); ServSafe food protection manager certification, Food Allergen Certificate, ServSafe Takeout and Delivery COVID-19 precautions certification. She carries business insurance through The Hartford.

**Veah is a Westside resident born and raised and so excited to be opening her first brick and mortar in the same neighborhood that she grew up in. The location will be a catering and carryout restaurant, opening Friday, 04/30/2021.
Due to COVID-19 we have made changes when executing catering orders to our customers and their guest. We have received City of Chicago business Self Certification Status.
When working farmers markets; other outdoor events, indoor vendor showcases, daily lunch / dinner pick-ups or group catering event all food items are prepackaged in food grade vented containers with food description labels and tamper proof seals. All beverages in plastic containers will have transparent sealed for your protection heat sealed shrink wrap.
We will provide a drop off and setup only buffet style service in accordance with City of Chicago Phase IV operating; your catered event food will be packaged in 1/3 pans, half pans or full pans with portions separated to feed groups of ten or twenty guest per station to ensure safe social distancing and to curve possible contamination. The second buffet setup option is to package cold items together and hot items together in a single, double or three compartment vented food takeout container. All containers will be tamper-proof and closed with an additional tamper proof sticker or seal.
We advise you to have wet naps instead of sanitizer bottles at each station.
