FORCE MAJEURE: Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, if either party must cancel the event due to events beyond such party's reasonable control such as Acts of God, pandemics, government orders, strikes or other similar events that render performance either impossible or illegal, such party may cancel the event without liability, Two Sisters Catering LLC will refund any prepaid amounts minus the cost of food and supplies ordered for this event.
